We are a small friendly company, who knows how important IT is in this day and age. We know how IT can help improve your business, and the effects it can have when it's not working. Because of this, Abstract IT started in 2007 providing honest and friendly IT Support and advice to anyone who needs it.

Although Abstract IT started in 2007, our experience and skills have been in use way before then. Like many people, we had daytime jobs in the IT Industry. Now, in 2010, we no longer have daytime jobs so that we can provide you with the support you need during your daytime job. Our support times are made to suit you, your business, or your home etc.

We started initially by providing support to home users, people like you, who have problems with their PC at home. These could be simple or complex problems. This started to expand to Small Businesses that needed IT Support. There are many companies that offer contracted support, but this requires monthly fees which you would pay even if you don't use their services. Some companies offer hourly rate services, but are just too expensive. Yes, IT is a specialist area, but too many people take advantage of other people's little known knowledge of IT, and charge way more than is required. We don't!

Our website design started as a result of some previous customers enquiring about how they can have a website. We talked to them about some options, and they went away and compared prices, and found that Abstract IT can do it much much cheaper than alternatives. Again, we don't like to patronise people, and take advantage of their lack of knowledge. So, we charge sensible fees, that are incredibly competitive, and hard to be beaten.
