We provide IT Support for both Businesses and Home Users.

We provide On-Site Support only. We will come to you, your home, office or wherever you have the problem. If you're not on a contract, or you are a home user, then we charge a simple call-out fee, which covers the first hour of work, and then a flat rate per 15mins thereafter. This way, you know exactly how much it’s going to cost, and you're not hit with a massive surprise bill at the end.

Like all our other products, our hourly rates are highly competitive. Many businesses charge in the region of £60-100 per hour. We charge £40 for the first hour, and then £10 per 15mins thereafter.

When contacting us by phone, we will spend a few minutes discussing your problem, to try and determine roughly how long the work would take us. We can then give you a guide as to how much it will cost you before we even come to you.

Should any problems require any replacement hardware, we will discuss the possibilities with you and purchase these parts and install them.
